Brief JD:
- Performs Integration Management on the entire duration of project to deliver on time, quality and cost;
- Assists in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, track able and coordinated interpretations of the IFC/drawings for construction;
- Organizes and monitors the various professional people working on a project;
- Communicates the task in the best possible manner to explain the job expectations and deadlines;
- Ensures the project is completed within the estimated budget in coordination with the Construction Manager;
- Conducts follow-up meetings on a regular basis and ensure everybody is on track;
- Reviews and sends correspondence/letters to the client, consultant , subcontractors and suppliers;
- Reviews and sends Subcontract Agreement, Acceptance Letters, Conditional Acceptance Letters in coordination with the Projects Director/General Manager;
- Reviews and finalize the Subcontractors Invoice in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor prior to forwarding the billing to the accounting department;
- Oversees the preparation and submission of Variation Orders/ Claims with the Quantity Surveyor and Projects Director;
- Reviews and submit accordingly the Monthly Reports and other different types of reports as per the requirements;
- Checks all the submittals as per the project specifications, project BOQ and relative documents prior to final submission with the client/consultant;

- Manages of the site work for Civil and Electro-Mechanical and ensures the work is performed within the budget related to technical specifications and project BOQ
- Coordinates cost control functions and project's overall budget planning and contributing the budget preparation in terms of time, cost and quality;
- Ensures the proper allocation of manpower, equipment and materials prior to execution of the works on site;
- Monitors construction costs and acts to assure that the project stays in budget;
- Provides leadership and supervision of his site management team, work and subcontractors;
- Mobilization and demobilization;
- Adequate follow up and monitors sub-contractors with their supervisors and representatives in order to meet the schedule milestones;
- Enforces all safety plans and regulations to achieve high quality work place conditions – avoiding lost time accidents and injuries – and maintain a highly professional company image; and
- Reports and coordinates to the Project Manager and to the Projects Director on the project status and difficulties encountering to build the adequate strategy for reaching the optimal solution.
