The project is a luxurious villa designed  in a modern contemporary architecture that features the play of geometric shapes and the use of circular elements. It is located in the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The interiors are finished in carefully selected Italian Marble that gives a sophisticated ambiance to the interior design. The smart use of metal ornamentation lends a neo-traditional element which complements the design.

The external landscape is developed with complementing Water Fountains and Gardens giving a well organized and complementary elements thought to the beach property.

Amenities such as a Sauna, Jacuzzi and Swimming Pool were considered in the whole development.
