The project is a luxurious beach house designed in a contemporary and modern architectural concept and located in the province of Obhur facing the Red Sea. With the interiors finished in carefully selected Italian Marble, the finish gives a sleek and modern ambiance to the interior design.
The external landscape is developed with complementing Water Fountains and Gardens giving a well organized and complementary elements thought to the beach property.
Amenities such as a Gymnasium, Health Spa, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Swimming Pool were considered in the whole development. A jetty protruding to the Arabian Gulf is constructed to support the different water sports.
