Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duration: 6 Months
Total Built-up Area - 4,000 sqm.
Falcony, Stable and Club House - 4,000 sqm
Falcon Aviary - Falcons are a revered bird in the Gulf Region. Having been considered traditionally as a way to obtain food, Falconry now is embraced as a national sport. The project is designed to house and to provide shelter to the prized falcons in captivity.
The structure is a stand-alone building completely enclosed and similar to a mew but built with a Central Skylight Dome that maximizes the sunlight that is needed to maintain the birds wellbeing.  It is provided with barred windows which, from some angles, appear to be solid are excellent features for the birds. A two-door entry system is a very common key element in the design.
A spacious interior with strategically placed perching levels are considered throughout the area, where locations are selected based on good falconry practice.
Horse Stable - The Arabian or Arab horse  is a breed of horse that originated on the Arabian Peninsula. With a distinctive head shape and high tail carriage, the Arabian is one of the oldest and most prized horse breeds in the world as Arabian horses are used to improve other breeds by adding speed, refinement, endurance, and strong bone.
The structure is designed to accommodate the requirements of a stable equipped to provide and maintain the wellbeing of the horses. The building includes a customized equine stalls manufactured from the UK, as well a Tack Room, Feed Room and Wash Room for grooming the horses.
Both the Falcon Aviary and the Horse Stable External facades are cladded in original London Clay Bricks that give the structures a warm and rustic feel.
