NBK was founded in 1952 as the first indigenous bank and the first joint stock company in Kuwait and the Gulf Region. Over the years, NBK has remained the leading and the largest financial institution in Kuwait with effective market dominance in the commercial banking market. It enjoys the widest banking presence with an international network across 4 continents and with an international presence which spans many of the world's leading financial centers.
The project is designed to represent the high standards and security of the NBK in Lebanon. It features the construction of specialized security vaults as the main support facility together with a series of sophisticated Security and IT Systems for bank operations.
The structure is composed of multi-storey levels that houses Apartments, Offices, Technical Areas, Storages and Archive Rooms on the upper floors. The ground floor is designed to highlight the bank's Main Lobby and Reception Counters, Information Booths, Teller Areas, Offices and Administrative spaces which supports the daily bank operations.
The structure features Complete Electro-Mechanical Installations and overall Infrastructure Works.
