Malibu Bay is a first class beach resort, located in the beautiful bay of Maameltein at 25 Km north of Beirut International Airport.
In a strategic point, at a walking distance from Jounieh - Kaslik shopping areas and the worldwide known Casino Du Liban, Malibu Bay is also at few kilometers from famous tourist sites like Jeita Grotto, Mount Harissa and the historical city of Jbeil (Byblos) and Naher El Kalb. An upscale development, the Malibu Bay beach resort provides a breathtaking sea and mountain view from all levels.
The project is composed of 162-unit Chalets equipped with a full kitchen with bar, residential facilities and terraces to maximize the view of the Mediterranean Sea. The resort development includes several Commercial Shops, Restaurants, Sports Cafe and a Health Spa.
A Marina and Jetty were provided as part of the main amenities to cater to the different water sports like jet ski, water ski and sailing to name a few that are available in the resort. Two Outdoor Swimming Pools, an Indoor Pool, a Tennis Court and a Basketball court are designed for additional sport activities.
A Health Spa, Gymnasium, Jacuzzi and Sauna are also included in the facilities within the resort.
Complete Electro-Mechanical Installations and overall Infrastructure including Full Landscape Development were considered for the External Works.
