The planned Broumana Oasis Residential Complex is situated in the heart of the Mountains of Lebanon overlooking Beirut and the Mediterranean Sea. It is composed of several Apartment Buildings, a Clubhouse, Nursery, Gymnasium, Health Spa, Tennis and Squash Courts.   

Comprising of 13 Blocks Residential Building, the complex has a total of 87-Unit Apartments ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedrooms and equipped with all residential facilities and amenities.

The Clubhouse is a one stop recreation center that houses leisure and sport activities. Included in the amenities designed for the whole development of the project are a Health Spa, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi and a Sauna.  

The Nursery is finished with special materials suitable for children's health and equipped with educational play equipment to maximize their development.

Complete Electro-Mechanical Installations and overall Infrastructure including Full Landscape Development were considered for the External Works.
