CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF PRIMARY HEALTHCARE CENTER IN AL RODA (2B+G+1)

2-Level Basement Parking - 248 nos. capacity                 

The project is a part of the Qatari Government and the Hamad Medical Corporation's endeavor to provide the residents of Qatar with the latest Primary Healthcare Centers to support their medical needs.

The structure is composed of spatial areas designed to accommodate X-Ray Rooms, Examination Rooms, Physical Therapy Facilities, Laboratories, Pharmacies, Dental Clinics and the different Doctors Clinics according to the specialties as required by primary medical care. Administrative facilities such as Offices,  Meeting Rooms, Library, Multi-Purpose Room and a Cafeteria were incorporated in the overall layout to maximize the building footprint.

Complete Electro-Mechanical Installations were fitted with modernized systems to enhance the technical requirements of the building. Overall infrastructure work was considered for the External Roads and MEP.

Consideration for Sustainable Landscaping Design was realized in general through the utilization of local plantations, automatic irrigation system, responsible material selection for pathways and for water features.
