The facility is an 8-level car park designed to reflect a modern approach to an industrial structure. Equipped with full electro-mechanical installations and a centralized traffic management system to monitor the car parking operations at all levels.

Utilized to serve both as a parking area and as a media presentation venue for the administrative work of the connecting ministry building, the penthouse amenities were designed and developed with an entry drop-off, main lounge, indoor garden, cafeteria, workshops, meeting rooms and a multi-purpose hall fitted-out with state-of-the-art audiovisual and communication systems.

A 30-meter long Steel Linked Bridge was constructed for pedestrian usage, connecting the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning to the new Multi-Storey Car Park.
