The project is designed with a contemporary approach to an Office Building that mirrors the growth of the Company. The building features a Main Lobby with modern wood cladding design that gives an impression of professionalism and integrity. The upper floors were developed to house the Offices, Conference Rooms and Meetings Rooms equipped with modern technology to support the operations of the company. Service Rooms, Archive Rooms and Storages are also considered in the spatial development to utilize all the floor area of the structure.

A Basement Car Park was designed to maximize the usage of the prime lot allotted for the building.

Complete Electro-Mechanical Installations were fitted with modernized systems to enhance the technical requirements of the building. Overall infrastructure work was considered for the External Works.
