Designed as a summer residence for HRH Prince Nawaf Abdul Aziz, the palace compound is constructed in a 20,000sqm. sprawling land in Teaf, Saudi Arabia. The complex is composed of several buildings with a Trellised Walkway interconnecting the structures and with the Main Palace as the residence of His Highness.

The Palace is finished in lavishly ornate and carefully selected Italian Marble in high-grade quality to give an impeccable and luxurious feel to the interiors.

The external landscape development is designed to be an oasis sheltered with Palm Trees and others natural plantations. The Garden is well designed to provide vast greenery in the acres of land. The cascading waters from the Main Palace to the manmade lake below simulate the sound of a tranquil brook flowing. Fountains with elaborate designs are architectural features that define the landscape.

Amenities such as a Gymnasium, Health Spa, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Swimming Pool were considered in the whole development.
