INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE WORKS AT THE PEARL QATAR – PK6

LOCATION: The Pearl Qatar
DURATION: 18 months

The Pearl Qatar is an artificial island located 350m offshore of Doha’s West Bay Lagoon. The development could accommodate an expanse of 32 kilometers of reclaimed coastline and beaches, with a mix-used design of residential and commercial spaces. It is subdivided into 12 Districts, each with a distinct Venetian Architectural Theme.

The Pearl Qatar is approximately four square kilometers.

The Project is the upgrading of the existing roads and infrastructure networks within The Pearl.

It features granite pavements and walkways, bespoke site furnishings, soft landscaping and irrigation works, and upgrading of existing infrastructure facilities. It also includes the construction of a new sewerage pumping station and a new school road.
